Terms and Conditions

To secure a booking for your Digital Wall Printing project, a non-refundable deposit of 20% of the total project cost is required at the time of booking.
Your booking will only be confirmed once the deposit has been received by PixeliumCreative.
Upon receipt of the deposit, the project date will be reserved exclusively for your project.

The 20% deposit ensures that PixeliumCreative allocates time, resources, and preparation toward your project and reserves your date in our production schedule.
Once a date is reserved, it is removed from our availability calendar and cannot be offered to other clients.
Therefore, the deposit is non-refundable, even if the client subsequently decides not to proceed with the project, for any reason.
This policy is in place to compensate for potential lost business, as the reserved date could have otherwise been booked by another client.

If you choose to cancel your project after paying the deposit, please notify PixeliumCreative as soon as possible in writing (via email or official message).
While the 20% deposit is non-refundable, no additional payments will be required if you cancel prior to production beginning.
If production has already started or materials have been ordered specifically for your project, additional costs may apply and will be invoiced accordingly.

If you need to reschedule your booking date, PixeliumCreative will do its best to accommodate your new preferred date, provided availability.
Rescheduling requests must be made at least 7 business days prior to the original booking date.
In the event of rescheduling, your original deposit will be applied to the rescheduled date.
If you request a reschedule with less than 7 business days' notice, additional fees may apply.

The remaining balance (80% of the total project cost) is due upon completion of the project, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
PixeliumCreative reserves the right to withhold final project delivery or installation until payment is made in full.

Any changes to the originally agreed project scope (including design changes, additional surfaces, or changes to project location) may result in additional charges and revised timelines.
Such changes must be approved by both the client and PixeliumCreative in writing.

PixeliumCreative takes all reasonable care when performing Digital Wall Printing services. However, due to variations in surface conditions and materials, certain limitations in print adhesion or appearance may occur. These will be communicated clearly before printing.
PixeliumCreative is not responsible for any issues arising from surfaces that were not properly prepared or disclosed by the client.

By paying the 20% deposit, the client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
